Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern purchases made at onyxea.ch.

Products

We offer jewelry, including earrings, bracelets, necklaces, rings, and custom pieces. Custom-made or adjusted items are not eligible for returns except in case of manufacturing defects.

Prices & VAT

Prices are listed in CHF. Our company is currently below the Swiss VAT threshold. No Swiss VAT is charged at checkout. EU buyers may incur VAT, customs duties, and import fees upon arrival; these are borne by the buyer.

Shipping (DAP – Delivered at Place)

Orders shipped to the EU follow DAP terms: product price + shipping paid at checkout; VAT, duties, and handling fees paid by the customer at destination. Shipping from Switzerland. Processing time: 2–5 business days. Carrier: Swiss Post or equivalent.

Order Acceptance

Orders are confirmed once payment is successful. We reserve the right to refuse orders in case of pricing errors or availability issues.

Liability Limitation

Onyxea is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or purchase of products. All content is provided “as is”.

Returns & Refunds

Eligible Items

Non-custom jewelry may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and unworn.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale:

Personalized pieces
Adjusted sizes
Modified designs
Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

Refunds

Refunds are processed once the item is received and inspected. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Withdrawal Rights (EU)

EU consumers may withdraw non-custom purchases within 14 days of receipt. Custom and personalized items are exempt from withdrawal rights under Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU.
